The USD has been very bullish since it confirmed a shortened 3 Year Cycle low in May (at only 2 years into its 3 Year Cycle). By making a new High, the USD has confirmed the start of a new Yearly and 3 Year Cycle.
My second chart shows the USD’s 15 Year SuperCycle. The green boxes show the price action and divergences 15 years ago. It also shows that 102.30 – 102.50 is strong resistance and is a Fib 62% rebound of the drop from 2002 into the 2008 fifteen year cycle low. One thing this chart clearly shows me is that the next 15 Year Low is still ahead of us which should help our trading.
My first chart shows the move out of the May YCL along with another potential price channel. The current green Trading Cycle uptrend is very steep and likely not sustainable in the short term on day 14. Watch the 10dma on the daily for a signal that the next move into a short term TC Low is underway.
